Now located at Van Patten Golf Club in Clifton Park, NY, Mixed Breed Brewing has grown beyond the taproom you once knew in Guilderland. Since December 2025, we’ve taken over Van Patten’s former restaurant, Cooley Kill, and expanded into a full food and beer experience.

In the months ahead, we will bring you an all-new brewery right here at Van Patten, where we will eventually brew on site. Through it all, we remain committed to celebrating great beer, good food, life, and the friendships they create.
